Speak directly to Dr. Wade Roberts
I told Wade when we started to just get to pain free body. Play 5x times a week and was always stiff and had poor hip rotation. Well the upper and lower workouts have improved strength and the body rotation is massively improved and my swing mechanics are much more repeatable which has led to a much improved golf game. Golf is fun again, give him a shot, you won’t regret it.
I was suffering from pinched nerves in my lower back and in my neck. I went Wade for help to ease the pain not only so I could make it through my day pain-free but also to get back on the golf course. After one session I could immediately feel a difference and Wade gave me a few stretches to do everyday. Within one week I was pain free and back on the course! Truly thankful for his work and the progress he made with my pain.
