Hip Pain/Golf Injuries
Hip Pain/Golf Injuries
Most golfers with hip injuries often will not be debilitated by their symptoms and will play through it, versus a rotator cuff injury for example in the shoulder where players can barely lift their arm. Players often injure their hip from having poor range of motion of the hip joint, increased swaying and sliding motions in the golf swing, and poor orientation and core stabilization of the pelvis through impact. How much hip mobility and stability do you have in your hip?
