Shoulder Pain/Golf Injuries
Shoulder Pain/Golf Injuries
Injuries to the shoulder are the second most common injuries in golfers. Most tour players have up to 150 degree total arc of motion in the shoulders. Players often injure shoulders due to a lack of rotation in the thoracic spine putting more stress in the shoulder joint, fat divots, and trying to force the golf club in certain positions throughout the swing when the range of motion of the shoulder doesn’t allow for it. How much mobility do you have in your thoracic spine and shoulder? Find out right now on your own how well you rotate in the thoracic spine and shoulder compared to normal ranges to identify if this is a potential factor for you. Click the link below to see.
